Founded by a community Matron with Nursing and Healthcare experience spanning over 35 years and her daughter with more than 10 years in the Compliance and Governance arena. We provide care and support to adults over 18 years old and older adults over 65 years old, to live fulfilling and independent lives in the homes and communities they cherish. We place great emphasis on bringing the softer, warmer side of care (which is often diluted due to external pressures), back into the focal point, whilst developing and empowering our carers.

Our person-centered approach to care ensures that every individual is prioritized and given the care they deserve and choose to receive. Our services range from personal care and companionship to more specialist care, such as high dependency care, rehabilitation following a short-term condition, hospital discharge care, dementia, and palliative care. We match the needs and preferences of our clients to carers who are skilled, geographically local and have similar interests and personality traits.

Collectively their wealth of experience and the professional network includes Mental health nurses, clinical nurse specialists, drug and alcohol advisors, social workers and reformed CCE youth mentors, CSE Liaisons, police officers, child psychologists, and Advanced Nurse Practitioners in Learning Disabilities and Autism.
